The first domino to possibly fall in WNBA free agency is one that we may not have seen coming. Not because of the player or the location, but through the method of discovering how.

Amazing Balloons MN, a decorative balloon company based in Minnesota, posted a video to its social media featuring a balloon structure seemingly designed to greet 10-time WNBA All-Star Nneka Ogwumike upon meeting with the Lynx.

When reached for comment, a company representative told Off The Record WBB that one couldn’t be provided one at this time.

Amazing Balloons MN has built structures for local Minnesota sports teams like the Timberwolves, Twins, and Vikings.

According to Beta Basket’s Roberta Rodriques, Skylar Diggins and Nneka Ogwumike are likely to leave the Seattle Storm after the team announced that Noelle Quinn would not return to the team in 2026.

In her 14 seasons, Ogwumike averages 16.7 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.

This is a developing story.
